• Brands to create and manage campaigns, connect with creators, and track campaign performance
• Agencies to manage campaigns on behalf of their clients and coordinate with creators
3. User Roles and Eligibility
3.1 General Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old to use SociallyCurrent AI. By registering, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into these terms.
3.2 Creators: As a creator, you must have ownership or authorized control of the social media accounts you connect to the platform.
3.3 Brands: Brands must have the legal authority to represent the business entity and enter into agreements with creators.
3.4 Agencies: Agencies must have proper authorization to act on behalf of their clients and manage campaigns through the platform.
4. Account Registration and Security
4.1 Account Creation: You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and keep your account information updated.
4.2 Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
4.3 Account Responsibility: You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach.
5. Third-Party Integrations
5.1 Social Media Connections: Users may connect their Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube accounts to enable:
• Campaign deliverable tracking and performance
• Creator profile analytics and audience insights
• Verification of campaign completion
5.2 E-commerce and Analytics Platforms: Brands may connect Shopify, Stripe, and Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to:
• Track sales and conversions from campaigns
• Measure ROI and campaign effectiveness
• Access comprehensive analytics and reporting
5.3 Data Access: By connecting third-party accounts, you grant SociallyCurrent AI permission to access necessary data for platform functionality. We will only access data required for providing our services.
5.4 Third-Party Terms: Your use of third-party services remains subject to those platforms' terms of service and privacy policies.
6. Subscriptions and Payments
6.1 Subscription Plans: SociallyCurrent AI offers subscription plans for creators, brands, and agencies. Plan details, features, and pricing are available on our platform.
6.2 Billing: Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually). You authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees.
6.3 Automatic Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless you cancel before the renewal date. You can cancel at any time through your account settings.
6.4 Refunds: Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law or at our sole discretion.
6.5 Price Changes: We may modify subscription prices with 30 days' notice. Continued use after price changes constitutes acceptance.
7. Campaign Management
7.1 Brand Responsibilities: Brands must provide clear campaign requirements, deliverables, and compensation terms. Brands are responsible for ensuring campaigns comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
7.2 Creator Responsibilities: Creators must deliver content according to agreed specifications and timelines. All sponsored content must comply with FTC guidelines and platform disclosure requirements.
7.3 Platform Role: SociallyCurrent AI serves as a platform connecting brands and creators. We are not responsible for the quality, legality, or performance of campaigns or content.
7.4 Dispute Resolution: While we may facilitate communication, parties are responsible for resolving campaign disputes directly.
8. Intellectual Property
8.1 Platform Content: All content, features, and functionality of SociallyCurrent AI are owned by us and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
8.2 User Content: You retain ownership of content you create or upload. By using the platform, you grant us a license to use, display, and distribute your content for platform operation.
8.3 Campaign Content Rights: Rights to campaign content are governed by agreements between brands and creators.
9. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
• Violate any laws or regulations in your use of the platform
• Provide false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• Manipulate metrics, engagement, or analytics data
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Interfere with platform security or functionality
• Use automated systems to access the platform without permission
• Share account credentials or access with unauthorized parties
10. Privacy and Data Protection
